Wings in the Woods: Netted Carpet Moth Larval Survey

Whether you are free for an hour or a day, you can join in the search for the caterpillars of this rare moth.

Working in partnership with Butterfly Conservation we need eagle-eyed Netted Carpet Moth Larval Surveyors to search a number of sites in the Coniston area as part of an annual monitoring programme. The main day will be Thursday 31st August, with the surveys being completed on Saturday 2nd September.
