We have put this on our What's On pages as an ongoing 'event', posting weekly ideas to help you cope with the current Covid19 situation. (The From/To dates are simply a method of making sure it stays current.)
Marion Brown (Bouth and Rusland Horizons Trust) and Brenda Fishwick (Nibthwaite) have put together some ideas to help us to reduce stress, stay positive, and entertained during these strange times of isolation and distancing.
