Dry Stone Walling Workshop

Learn the ancient art of dry stone walling, the architecture and components of a typical wall. Working with expert waller, Jack Ellerby, he will share his expertise and tuition. At the end of the day, you will have helped to rebuild a section of one of our iconic walls and gained new walling skills that you can then use elsewhere for your own wall repairs.

The walling site is above Force Mills, near Satterthwaite (on the bridleway between Knot Cottage and Low Bowkerstead Cottage).

The workshop will take place on Sunday 9th July at the cost of £60 per person (payable at time of booking).

A booking fee of £0.15 per person will be charged at the time of booking (this is applied by Trybooking - the online booking platform).

Places are limited so book now to avoid disappointment.
